Writing prompts II

These prompt-based pieces were an exercise in tone, style, and audience, constrained to a meager word count of 150.

I participated in an authorship course at the University of Calgary that involved several weekly paragraphs with defined prompts. The limitless topic interpretation and brevity really encouraged the use of concise language and focused thinking.

Here are samples of my personal favourites. Cheers.
